Shipping policy

Please allow 72 hours for your order to process before shipment.  Orders placed with standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 7 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and unless otherwise specified. International shipping may vary. For orders shipping to international locations, Hawaii and Alaska, please anticipate additional time for transit and delivery. Please note that due to a high volume of inbound and outbound orders during the holiday season, extended shipping timelines are to be expected. Expedited and overnight orders must be placed by 11 AM EST to ensure that they are shipped the same day. All orders with upgraded shipping placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time of order placement for tracking information to populate. 

Orders under $200 USD will be shipped via USPS or FedEx ground at a flat shipping rate of $10.50.  Orders $200 USD and over qualify for free U.S. ground shipping via USPS or FedEx. International shipping is typically via DHL for overseas orders.
